This Privacy Policy explains how SOMA SPACE DOO BEOGRAD ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the HopTop Box mobile application (the "App"). We built HopTop Box to be private by design: it works fully offline and does not require an account.

We do not collect, sell, or share your personal data. The App does not require registration, does not ask for your name, email, phone number or location, and does not include third‑party advertising or analytics tracking SDKs. All of your game data stays on your device.
2. Information stored on your device
To make the App work, the following information is saved locally on your device only (using your device's standard local storage) and is never transmitted to us or to any server:
- Your game progress and high scores;
- Your in‑app hint balance;
- Your selected language and app preferences.
Because this data lives only on your device, you can remove it at any time by deleting the App.
3. Information we do not collect
We do not collect personally identifiable information, contacts, photos, precise location, device identifiers for advertising, or usage analytics. We have no servers that receive your data.
4. In‑app purchases
The App may offer optional in‑app purchases (for example, packs of hints). If you make a purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. The App is suitable for a general audience and does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). Since no personal data is collected, none is collected from children.

Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, export, or delete on our side. You remain in full control of the local data on your device and can erase it by uninstalling the App.
