These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the HopTop Box mobile application (the "App") provided by SOMA SPACE DOO BEOGRAD ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non‑commercial entertainment.
2. Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by SOMA SPACE DOO BEOGRAD and is protected by intellectual property laws. Classic games such as chess, checkers, sudoku and solitaire are in the public domain, but our specific implementation, artwork and branding are not. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse‑engineer any part of the App except to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. In‑app purchases and virtual items
The App may offer optional in‑app purchases, such as packs of "hints". Hints and other virtual items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non‑transferable. All purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and are subject to their terms. Except where required by law or by the platform's policies, purchases are non‑refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose;
- attempt to disrupt, hack, or interfere with the App;
- reverse‑engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as permitted by law;
- use the App in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non‑infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error‑free, or free of harmful components.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SOMA SPACE DOO BEOGRAD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.
7. Updates and availability
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any of its features) at any time without liability. Updates may be required for the App to continue functioning correctly.
8. Termination
These Terms apply until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will end automatically if you fail to comply with them. You may end them at any time by deleting the App from your devices.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer‑protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at this page, with the "Last updated" date reflecting the latest changes. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
